Mahdaviat account deletion request
You can request deletion of your Mahdaviat account and associated personal data using the form below. You do not need access to the admin website.
What happens next: We first verify that you own the registered mobile number. After verification, the account and data that are not legally required will be deleted or anonymised. This protects accounts from unauthorised deletion.
Steps
- Enter the same mobile number used to log in to Mahdaviat.
- Optionally provide your email and reason.
- Submit the request.
- Complete ownership verification when contacted or prompted.
Data deleted or anonymised
Profile details, profile image, preferences, personal activity, access tokens, and other personal account data will be deleted or anonymised where applicable. Content created in an authorised Masjid administration role may be transferred or retained as organisational content so followers do not lose essential Masjid information.
Data that may be retained
Donation confirmation records, fraud-prevention logs, legal records, and the deletion request itself may be retained only for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Access to retained records is restricted.
